Take Charge of your mind ✨

Are you allowing your mind to sabotage your life?

Well, our human mind is a very complicated organ,Very complicated! It has so many functions & unimaginable potential🌟

You can either control your mind or let your mind take control of you🤷

"Mind is a flexible mirror, Adjust it to see a better world"~Amit Ray

Don't you think Just like a mirror, human mind believes what the eyes show, what the ears register & gets shaped according to what the person wants to think?

Our mindset defines us🙌

The wonderful thing about mindset is that it's malleable

It can be developed & evolved💯

In order to create a better outside reality,we first need to create a better inside reality

We must first create the image & feeling of what we want in our minds & hold it there

By the universal laws of vibration & attraction🧲

The universe itself will conspire to mould itself around that image❤️

In turn, our outer reality will start to mirror our inner image

We attract what we focus on

Let's not allow our minds to sabotage our lives

To tie weights to our ankles & hold us back

Let's steer our mind accordingly

We may not be able to stop the initial trigger thought, but we can take back the controls & not succumb to them✨

We don’t have to get swept away🙌

How are you steering your mind today?

Where is your car driving towards?

Granny's Patchwork of Love❤️

"Your Grandmother would've been proud of you, if she were here today" This is something I often hear from my family and relatives. She passed away when I was in Grade 8 and I miss her more as I grow older because now I understand what values she imbibed in me  My Grandma was a Social Science teacher and a Principal in a Government School, and my source of inspiration & guidance. She was an angel in disguise who taught me how to care. She was a spiritual person who believed in God and treated everyone with love and respect.  She always said "You never know when you are interacting with an angel, so be kind and generous always".  Since she passed, all I have is her fond memories, her valuable lessons & our laughs and giggles.  One particular thing she asked me to take as an advice as an oxigen canister in this fast spreading virus borne world.  That was -"Don’t ever let your ice cream melt while you’re counting someone else’s sprinkles.”

History isn't just about Past🤝

"To be ignorant of what occurred before you were born is to remain always a child, For what is the worth of human life, unless it is woven into the life of our ancestors by the records of History." - Marcus Tullius Cicero I'm often asked - What is the use or relevance of studying history? Why on earth does it matter What happened long time ago? The answer is that history is inescapable. It studies the past and legacies of past in present. Far from being a dead subject, it conmects things through time and encourages its students to take a long view of such connections.   Understanding the linkage between the past and present is absolutely basic for a good understanding of the condition of being human. That, in a nutshell, is why history matters. It is not just ‘useful’, it is essential. The broad span of human experience, viewed both in depth and longitudinally over time, is the subject of history as a field of study. History enables us to contemplate the e

An Orphan's Paradise ❤️

What is paradise?' Teacher asked. "Home,' the orphan in class replied. The reply hit the teacher hard, being a woman who couldn't conceive, it was a blessing in disguise for her💛 She adopted the child clearing all the formalities & said to the child, "Let me hold the door for you.I may have never walked in your shoes, but I can see your soles are worn, your strength is torn under the weight of a story I have never lived before. Let me hold the door for you.  After all you've walked through, It's the least I can do." ❤️ After the clouds of gloom hurled over the child's mind and the thunderous tears ripped his soul apart;  She came as a rainbow in his unkempt life and her colours healed his wounded heart❤️✨
